Can I go from fat to ripped in 3 months?

You sort of can, it will take an extreme level of training, to a degree however it can be done.

This is how you do it, (theoretically).

3 Months of Madness.

This en devour is going to hurt,

Month 1. Preparing your body for the hell to come.

To begin start with 2 one and a half hour kickboxing classes and 2 one and a half hour weight training sessions. As your body goes through a sudden shock of activity by the end of this week your body will be in all kinds of pain.

Push through, do the 4 days straight, alternating the kickboxing weight training. Because you need to take the remaining 3 days to rest, recover and learn how to walk again.

Does not matter which days of the week you choose, though it is simpler to do Monday to Thursday and rest for the rest of the week.

Do this for the first month, by the time you reach the final week of the month your body should be well adapted.

NB. This transformation is not cheap, get a gym membership and hire a specialist private kickboxing

Month 2. The Nightmare

Now shift up a gear, for the second month the regime is 6 days a week 1 rest day, meaning 3 kickboxing days and 3 days on weights, still alternating.

As before you may choose which ever days you want, I suggest Sunday to Friday and take off Saturday.

Your body will by the end of the last week feel you should but still be in the land of the living. Like death itself, however, you should have adapted to this level too, painful as it maybe.

Month 3 - Hell

Same as the nightmare, 6 days a week, this time however you train twice a day for 6 days. Weight in the morning and Kickboxing in the evening alternating each day.

At the end of week 4, congratulations :) take a photo of your spanking new ripped body.

Now you will not be shredded like Van Damme, however you will look and feel very different, and yes ripped.

Further Understanding

The challenge you set yourself is a very difficult challenge, it will take every ounce of your will power and strength, but not impossible. Push as hard as you can, maintain constant pressure and intensity.

The reason why you need personal trainers for this task is that the pain of following such heavy training might cause you to go easy on yourself. The shorter the time frame the more intensity is required.

The lighter you go, the longer it takes, keep the days the same, if you break the rhythm it will be hard to get back.

Conclusion:

Just because a challenge is difficult does not mean it is impossible, desire, consistency and a focus get us a long way.
